How counts work: a master development such as Lobo Crossing counts once in the headline total. Individual tenants and components are still searchable, but they do not inflate the project count. “Reported” items are clearly labeled until a primary record is found.
Evidence standard
Confirmed means a city/public record, government filing, company/developer source or similarly direct evidence supports the project. Reported means credible news or industry reporting supports it, but the primary record is still being located.
Status standard
Projects move through Conceptual → Proposed → Approved/Permitting → Under Construction → Opening Soon → Open. Parent projects and individual tenants are linked so totals are not double-counted.
